Kwieri FAQs

You can access your class’s instance of Kwieri by entering your name and school email. Then, simply enter your prompt into the search bar at the bottom of your screen and click the paper airplane to generate AI results at any time.

To schedule a collaborative live session with an Expert, first take a look at the Experts' bios in the right-hand menu. Then schedule a live session based on their availability at https://kwieri.ai/schedule. You will receive email and text reminder notifications (48 hours, 24 hours, 1 hour, 2 minutes beforehand) that contain a unique link to join your live session. NOTE: You may want to record your live session via Zoom.

During the live session, you can chat with the Kwieri for AI results and with your Expert. Simply click on the toggle button at the right of the search bar to chat with either. Your Expert will be able to see the entire chat conversation and collaborate with you on the AI results.

Before you END CHAT, make sure to DOWNLOAD TRANSCRIPT to retain a record of all you have discovered and discussed.

After each Expert session, you automatically will receive an email asking you to share your feedback in two ways:

1. Upload your transcript at https://bit.ly/KTranscripts, and

2. Complete a simple 5-question survey.

After you have completed your final project, we will ask for your feedback one last time via a Post-Pilot Survey. All of your feedback will help us iterate and improve upon our product development!
